Terms of Service

I am available on TikTok, Instagram, and Discord from 6 PM to 11 PM (BRT) on weekdays and from 12 PM (noon) to 11 PM on weekends (BRT). I will be able to reply on the same day if you contact me via TikTok or Discord.

Payments are accepted via Pix and PayPal only;

I accept either 100% upfront or a 50/50 split;

I don't accept Robux as payment.

Please send a briefing with detailed descriptions and all references before starting the order, including sketches, artwork, images, documents or a bit of lore;

Detailed descriptions of the style and atmosphere of the piece are always welcome! The more references you provide for poses, lighting, and expressions, the better.

After submitting your briefing, please make sure the sketch meets your approval before authorizing the next step;

Minor alterations are allowed during the illustration process, especially during the sketch stage. Major changes requested after the piece is completed will incur a small extra fee, depending on the scope of the change;

The finished piece will be sent immediately via a Google Drive link upon confirmation of full payment along with a preview.

I occasionally open promo commission slots during long national holidays (like Carnival) or special events (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s/Father’s Day, Christmas, etc.). So be sure to keep an eye on my socials, as my slots are super limited!

Delivery times usually range from 1 to 2 weeks, depending on complexity and the waiting list. Elaborated and more detailed projects may take a month or longer, and I will keep you continuously updated on the commission's progress;

Every stage of the process, specifically the minor changes during rendering, will be sent to the client for approval;

After agreeing on an estimated delivery date, the client must be available to accept the finished piece. If there is a response delay without justification, I will reach out again to confirm if you are still interested in receiving the completed art and establish a response deadline based on your situation.

As the artist, I hold the copyright to the artwork and may display it in my portfolio, promotional materials, and social media.

If you’d like me to refrain from sharing the process before the final piece is done, please contact me.

Purchasing a commission does not transfer the artwork's copyright, only the agreed-upon usage rights;

Using my art for AI training or reselling it without my explicit permission is STRICTLY PROHIBITED;

If you use the artwork as a profile picture, please give credit in your bio;

Commercial use carries an additional fee of 50% to 100% on top of the base price, depending on its intended purpose;

If the artwork is intended for commercial use, please inform me prior to placing the order.

For 50/50 payments: If the client wishes to cancel during the rendering phase, the initial payment will not be refunded, and the remaining half will not be charged;

For 100% upfront payments: Any cancellation made before the commission is finalized will be eligible for a 50% refund only;

If I cancel the commission for any reason, the full amount paid, even if it was only the initial 50%, will be completely refunded to you.
